Constructed in 1926, the 6000+ square foot house is rumored to have been built by Lionel Barrymore and Marilyn Monroe once resided here. The four bedroom, seven bath main house has been beautifully renovated but still retains much of the original character of the era. Two formal living rooms are both two stories, one with the original beamed ceiling and a new fireplace, and the other with full bar and two-story French doors that open onto an expansive patio and view of the yard and canyon.

The pool, pool house and grassy yard are located on the lower level of the property. The pool house includes a bathroom, wet bar and fireplace. Access to this level is via a wide concrete path that crosses down the hill in the form of a gently sloped ramp. The lush foliage completely obscures the path from view of the house, pool area and yard.
